INTRODUCTION
When one of our clients, an established brand with a strong presence both on and off Amazon, partnered with RIPPL Marketing, their listings were already performing well. However, we were intrigued by the opportunity to refresh their visual assets. They understood the importance of maintaining alignment with their brand identity but saw new imagery as more of a nice-to-have rather than a pressing necessity. That’s where RIPPL stepped in to bridge the gap between compelling design and strategic functionality.
THE CHALLENGE
While the client’s existing Amazon listings featured well-crafted titles, detailed bullet points, and professional imagery, there was an opportunity to enhance the visual experience for customers. As equally important as the SEO of a listing are the creative assets a customer sees when clicking on a product detail page. We aimed to create carousel images that felt like a seamless extension of the client’s established branding and test if these updates could drive tangible results.
OUR APPROACH
After discussing the project with the client, we learned they were concerned about maintaining their brand’s established look and feel. They requested that all creative assets align with their style guide and branding, and they wanted assurance that their internal brand management team would review our work before publishing.
